1. Good morning and Happy 2019 as we look forward for what lies ahead.
2. My grand mother used to say “Cibizwa kusosela. Tabizwi ankoto-koto zyameso.” As I look back, I think she was on your message’s second point.
3. We all belong to either of the Five (05) types of people. These are:
a. Self-Starter Battery type: These are your kind who
are self motivated, action oriented, sets and
gets their goals.
b. Flat Battery type: These require a push but once
pushed, they go on their own for a considerable
distance after which again a push is inevitable.
c. Sledge type: These are always pulled.
d. Wheel-barrow type: These, may even be leaders
by mistake. They are placed in front of us and they
need our efforts for them to move all the time.
e. Tomb Stone type: These are status quo retainers.
Nothing seem to be desirable for them to change.
No amount of Change management can influence
them. They need re-branding.
4. Our future and way forward will strive in a community made up of the above.
5. We shall ever remain indebted for people like you who can carry themselves and, at the same time push, pull, encourage and rebrand others.
